Freddie Amos is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Haven House Counseling and Consulting. With a Master’s in Education for Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University, Freddie brings over six years of experience in the mental health field, including four years of direct client care.

Freddie specializes in working with women and children, particularly those navigating the deep wounds of spiritual trauma. Her passion is to help clients break free from the barriers holding them back from the abundant life God intended. She approaches therapy through a trauma-focused lens and utilizes person centered work to keep the client at the center of every session.

Grounded in the belief that God desires freedom and wholeness for all His creation, Freddie is committed to helping women rediscover hope, reclaim their identity, and move forward in truth. Her mission is to provide a space where faith and mental health meet—bringing light to dark places and guiding others toward lasting transformation.
