  • Explore the beliefs that are reinforcing those cycles

  • Gently challenge the thoughts that are keeping you stuck

  • Build new ways of responding instead of reacting

  • Strengthen your sense of identity so your choices begin to shift

  • Help you create consistency that actually lasts
