Freddie Amos, counselor helping women with anxiety, shame, and life transitions in Monroe, LA

I’m Freddie, a licensed professional counselor in West Monroe, Louisiana, and I help women move out of cycles of anxiety, shame, and disconnection.

If you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone.

Many of the women I work with are navigating anxiety, shame, or a sense of disconnection—from themselves, their relationships, or their faith. On the outside, things may look okay, but internally, they feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure how to move forward.

This work is deeply personal to me.

I’ve always been drawn to the women who feel stuck—the ones who are tired of repeating the same patterns but don’t know how to get out of them. The ones who are hard on themselves, overthink everything, and quietly carry more than they let on.

My heart is to create a space where you can be fully honest without feeling judged, rushed, or misunderstood.

Because I’ve seen how exhausting it is to feel like you should be able to change, but can’t seem to figure out how.

And I believe real change is possible—not through pressure or perfection, but through understanding, honesty, and intentional work.
